Mixing methane with oxygen in a certain proportion can easily cause explosion hazards, while high concentrations of other gases can easily lead to poisoning or fires, causing great harm to mine rescue operations. It can timely and accurately detect the content of common toxic and harmful gases underground, provide scientific and effective data for rescue personnel, and provide reliable basis for command and decision makers to formulate rescue policies. It is of great significance for mine rescue.

◆ GC-3000Portable gas chromatograph (mine gas analysis)It is a portable chromatograph developed based on laboratory chromatography. Specially developed for mining gas analysis, it is compact in size, easy to carry, and suitable for installation on mining gas chemical analysis vehicles.
Adopting a three detector process: thermal conductivity detector, hydrogen flame detector, and installation of a conversion furnace. The sensitivity of the hydrogen flame detector can be automatically adjusted based on the methane content to avoid masking trace components of methane with high methane content.

◆ Equipped with a mine gas analysis chromatography workstation, it can set alarm values for various gas concentrations and alkene ratios, and automatically alert for methane and oxygen concentrations entering the gas explosion triangle. The results of both automatic and manual injection can be stored in the database. In the database, historical data or trend charts can be printed (or queried) by time or sampling location, and the distance between gas explosion triangles and historical data can be displayed.
◆ It can achieve online automatic analysis, and through the installation of pipeline instruments, it can automatically sample on a periodic basis. It can monitor and calibrate the process sample gas continuously without the need for manual calibration. The probe of the pipeline can be manually sampled and tested in places where it has not been laid, which is flexible and reliable.
